Meteorologist Allison Rogers says the rain will move into our viewing area around 5 a.m. and those who live north of the Ohio River will have the potential to see freezing rain from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.Meteorologist Allison Rogers also says that Northern Kentucky will mainly see rain Friday morning.
