CINCINNATI (WKRC) - The City of Cincinnati plans to show its support for LGTBQ equality on Friday when it raises a rainbow flag at City Hall.
City Councilman Chris Seelbach, council's first openly gay council member, announced the news on Twitter Sunday evening.
This is the first time City Hall has ever raised a rainbow flag.
Friday kicks off Pride Weekend in Cincinnati. The city will celebrate with a parade and festival as well as other events throughout the weekend.
