Over-the-Rhine restaurant closing its doors


A restaurant in Over-the-Rhine is closing its doors after 18 months.Mighty Good: Meat n' Three announced they'll be closing Saturday.Owners thanked the community for their support over the last year and a half."Thank you, thank you to all of our loyal customers, our in-town and out-of-town visitors, and our cheerleaders behind the scenes. We enjoyed every single conversation, took pride in every dish we made, and loved getting to know you and your families. We will miss seeing market shoppers stopping in for Saturday morning brunch and weekday lunch with friends," the owners said in a post on Facebook.The restaurant was originally Social OTR, a space for students to learn about the hospitality world. They closed during the pandemic and reopened as a meat and three concept in the fall of 2021."Many students spent time at the restaurant, building their skills as they begin their journey in the hospitality world. The culinary training program will continue at CityLink Center, with the same month-long training but now focus completely on externships established with the Levy Group at FC Cincinnati and other restaurant partnerships," the owners said in a post.Owners said they would be sharing plans for what's to come inside the space both short term and long term.
