ALLISON: YES, MINUTES AGO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ISSUING THE FIRST SET OF WARNINGS. WE HAVE A WIND CHILL MORNING IN EFFECT FOR EVERYBODY IN GREATER CINCINNATI. AND ALSO A WINTER STORM WATCH STARTING TOMORROW AT 7:00 IN THE EVENING. THE WIND CHILL WATCH WILL AFFECT EVERYBODY IN THE WLWT VIEWING AREA. EMPHASIZING WHAT WE’VE SAID THE LAST FEW DAYS. DANGEROUS COLD WIND CHILLS SETTLING IN THURSDAY NIGHT. AND ON TOP OF THAT WE WILL FEEL THE EFFECTS OF THE SNOW MOVING THROUGH. THAT WILL START LATER TOMORROW NIGHT. THE TIMELINE IS SHIFTING A LITTLE BIT. WE WILL SEE THE TIMELINE CLOSER TO 9:00 OR 10:00 IN THE INCIDENT AT EIGHT METRO. WE SEE A SWITCH FROM RAIN INTO SNOW. THE QUICK DROP IN TEMPERATURES WE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT WILL LIKELY LEAD TO A FLASH FREEZE. WE HAVE A THIN LAYER OF ICE ON THE ROADWAYS AND ON TOP OF THAT SNOW WILL COME DOWN. AT TIMES, THE SNOW COULD BE ON THE HEAVIER SIDE MEANING WE HAVE HEAVY BLOWING SNOW BECAUSE WE ARE TRACKING WIND GUSTING UP TO 40 AND 50 MILES PER HOUR. THAT WILL COME DOWN ON TOP OF THE LAYER OF ICE IN THE ROADS WILL BE TREACHEROUS STARTING LATE TONIGHT LASTING THROUGH MUCH OF FRIDAY. YOU WILL SEE THE TIMELINE FUTURECAST STARTING THIS AFTERNOON GOING INTO TOMORROW MORNING. 7:00 TOMORROW MORNING WE HAVE RAIN MOVING THROUGH. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE MUCH. TEMPERATURES ABOVE FREEZING AND WE WILL STAY ABOVE FREEZING FOR A LOT OF THE DAY TOMORROW. TEMPERATURES WARMING UP TO 46 DEGREES AS THE HIGH. ONCE WE SEE THE RAIN COMING IN, THAT IS WHEN THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH. THE LINE IS A SWITCH OVER TO SNOWFALL. THIS IS WHERE THE FLASH FREEZE WILL START FOR THOSE IN INDIANA CLOSER TO 7:00. AND BY 10:00 TOMORROW EVENING THAT IS WHEN THE LINE WILL MOVE INTO DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI AREA COMMUNITIES ALONG I 75. INCLUDING FLORENCE, HAMILTON, BUTLER COUNTY AS WELL. THAT WILL HAPPEN AROUND 9:00 OR 10:00. AREAS TO THE EASTFIELD IMPACT STARTING AT 10:00 OR 11:00. AND WE SEE SNOW COMING DOWN THROUGH THE REST OF THE NOT -- NIGHT THROUGH TOMORROW -- FRIDAY MORNING. I THINK MOST OF THE SNOWFALL IS OVER BY THE TIME WE WAKE UP FRIDAY MORNING. WE WILL NOT SEE ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL FRIDAY THAT WE WILL HAVE SNOW STICKING AROUND FRIDAY BECAUSE TEMPERATURES WILL BE WELL BELOW FREEZING. LIKELY IN THE NEGATIVES FOR MANY COMMUNITIES THAT IS JUST THE AIR TEMPERATURE. WE WILL GET INTO THE WIND CHILL IN A MOMENT. BUT LET’S LOOK AT THE TIMELINE AGAIN BECAUSE IT HAS SHIFTED A COUPLE OF HOURS. BY 8:00 AND 9:00 TOMORROW NIGHT HE HAVE RAIN AND SNOW WORKING ITS WAY INTO INDIANA. AND THIS IS WHEN THE TEMPERATURES DROP AND ROADS GET TRICKY IN INDIANA. AND THEN FROM 9:00 UNTIL 11:00 THURSDAY MUCH OF OUR NORTHERN KENTUCKY COMMUNITIES IS WHEN YOU SEE THE SNOW MOVING IN. THE WIND IS SCREAMING AND THE FLASH FREEZE WILL BECOME A PROBLEM BECAUSE OF TEMPERATURES DROPPING. AND 11:00 AND LATER WILMINGTON, ADAMS COUNTY, AREAS ALONG THE HIGHWAY WILL FEEL IMPACT MOVING THROUGH. THE WIND CHILL VALUES WILL BE LOW DROPPING DOWN TO ABOUT 25 BELOW ZERO POSSIBLY AS LOW AS 30 DEGREES BELOW ZERO. FRIDAY MORNING, THEY DO NOT IMPROVE THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE DAY FRIDAY. WIND WILL BE AT 40-50 MILES PER HOUR FRIDAY. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WEATHER WARNING DAYS. BRINGING A DANGEROUS WIND CHILL THROUGH SATURDAY. WE SEE SOME IMPROVEMENT ON CHRISTMAS DAY. BUT IT MAY BE ALL THE WAY THROUGH CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON BEFORE WE SEE THE WIN
