The Cincinnati Bengals (7-4) host the Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) in a rematch of last year's AFC Championship game. Cincinnati beat Kansas City 27-24 in overtime to earn a spot in Super Bowl 56.
After beating the Chiefs twice in January, the Bengals look to make it three in a row this calendar year, but the Chiefs are considered by many to be the best team in the NFL right now.
Kansas City is a 2.5-point betting favorite and the over/under point total is set at 52.5, according to Tipico Sportsbook. The Bengals are 8-3 against the spread this year while the Chiefs are 4-6-1.
