DURING THE TRIAL, HIS BROTHER TESTIFIED, HE TOOK A PLEA DEAL AND AS PART OF THE PLEA DEAL IF HE WAS TO TESTIFY IN THIS TRIAL THE DEATH PENALTY WOULD BE OFF THE TABLE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE WAGONER FAMILY --WAGNER FAMILY. THE DEATH PENALTY IS GONE BUT HE IS FACING LIFE IN PRISON. HE WAS EMOTIONLESS AS THE VERDICT IS READ. FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE RODENS, DIFFERENT STORY. WE HAD EYES ON THE FAMILY AND PRETTY EMOTIONAL FOR THEM. >> IT HAS TAKEN SUCH A LONG TIME TO GET TO THIS POINT. THERE WERE AUDIBLE GASPS AND A LOT OF HANDS BEING HELD. GENEVA RODEN, THE MOTHER OF CHRIS SENIOR AND THE FAMILY MATRIARCH. THAT IS THE EPICENTER OF THE FAMILY. TONY CREDITED HER FOR BEING THE ROCK DURING THE ENTIRE ORDEAL. SUCH A SAD SITUATION. THEY WERE RELIEVED TO HEAR THAT FIRST GUILTY VERDICT READ ON COUNT ONE. THAT SET THE STAGE FOR THE REST OF THE DOMINOES TO FALL. WE DID NOT KNOW HOW IT WAS GOING TO GO CONSIDERING THE DEFENSE THAT WAS WAGONER -- THAT GEORGE WAGNER’S THE FENCE PUT FORTH. >> YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THE THOUSANDS OF PIECES OF EVIDENCE THAT THEY SAW AND THE HOURS OF TESTIMONY, 60 OR 70 DIFFERENT WITNESSES CALLED TO THE STAND. THEY WERE DECISIVE AND THEY ON OCCASION DURING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE VERDICT WOULD LOOK AT GEORGE WAGNER IV TRYING TO SEE IF HE HAD A REACTION. I DO NOT THINK THEY WERE MET WITH WHAT THEY HOPE TO SEE. >> THIS CASE SHOULD BE ABOUT THE RODENS, THE VICTIMS. THEY HAVE LET IT ALL PLAY OUT AND WE DO HAVE REACTION FROM TONY RODEN AND GENEVA IS AT THE FAMILY MOVED TO YORK AND TONY IS THE PATRIARCH IN HIS OWN SENSE BECAUSE HE LOST SO MANY LOVED ONES BACK IN APRIL OF 2016. Lane restrictions will take effect in Warren County this week as part of an interchange expansion project, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.Crews will close the right lane on southbound Mason Montgomery Road at 8 p.m. on Dec. 1.
