A 7-Eleven employee in Oregon went above and beyond her job description recently when she helped deliver a baby during her shift. Around 3 a.m. on Sept. 6, Karin Warren said a man asked for help calling 911 because his wife was in labor. The situation that followed was caught on the convenience store's surveillance camera.Warren told KEZI that after she called 911, she went to be with the expectant mother until an ambulance arrived. "That's when she stuck her legs up on my shoulders and I was like, 'woah, OK,'" Warren said. Warren said she went into "mama mode" and helped the woman through what happened next — the arrival of her newborn son. "I always wanted to see a baby be born other than mine," Warren said. "It was incredible."The parents Warren helped were originally from California and trying to find the closest hospital.
