Don't let this year's Shark Week creep up on you, Jaws-style.
This year, Shark Week will run from July 24-31, packing Discovery and its accompanying streaming service, Discovery+, with educational shark content, celebrity appearances and more.
Where are the Shark Week blimps?
Ahead of Shark Week, Discovery has two blimps–one on the East Coast and the other on the West Coast–roaming and looking for the biggest Shark Week fans.
Throughout July, fans can post their blimp sightings using the #WestShark to vote for the West Coast, or #EastShark to vote for the East Coast. As of July 7, it's a tie, with both #EastShark and #WestShark at polling at 50%.

What's in this year's Shark Week lineup?
The official Shark Week schedule isn't out yet, but according to Discovery's SharkWeek.com, it should be coming soon.
Who are the celebrities on Shark Week this year?
For now, Discovery is remaining pretty tight-lipped about all the special guest appearances, but they have let one slide so far: the Impractical Jokers.
Lifelong friends Brian "Q" Quinn, James "Murr" Murray and Sal Vulcano will take on Shark Week in a "hysterical adventure that could only come from the Impractical Jokers," according to Discovery.
Other celebrity guests will be revealed closer to Shark Week.
