A woman was killed in a crash in Butler County Friday night, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers responded to reports of a crash around 8 p.m. on I-75 south, near Tylersville Road.
Investigators said William Frazer, 64, of West Chester, was driving southbound on I-75 when an unknown black BMV conducted an improper lane change in front of his car.
He swerved to avoid a crash, losing control and traveling off the road, investigators said. The driver and the woman in the passenger seat, Cathy Frazier, 60, were ejected from the car.
Troopers said Cathy Frazier was pronounced dead at the scene.
William Frazer was taken to UC West Chester with serious injuries.
