Cincinnati set to have a cold Saturday before seeing a spring-like warmup by next week.The rest of the day looks chilly and sunny.Highs warm into the 20s to around 30 degrees Saturday, but a strong wind from the northwest will make it feel like the temperature is in the teens.The skies stay clear, but winds will calm Saturday night. This means lows drop into the high teens and low 20s. Sunday morning will see a chilly start, but Sunday afternoon looks much better as gusty winds to 25 increase from the south.This and a lot of sunshine will bump our highs into the mid 50s Sunday. Monday and Tuesday bring highs in the 60s, but wet weather returns for most of the day Tuesday. This will just be plain old rain. Thursday looks different with cooler air place. Right now, it looks as though we could see a rain/snow mix or possibly even some ice. This is still several days out, so we'll keep you posted on changes as the week goes on. The Ohio River crests at 48.8 feet Tuesday around 7 a.m.
