Weird Spaghetti
RECIPE COURTESY OF GUY FIERI
Level: Easy
Total: 2 hr 30 min
Prep: 10 min
Inactive: 1 hr
Cook: 1 hr 20 min
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef, (80/20 lean muscle to fat ratio)
1 onion, finely diced
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
2 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered ginger
2 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
4 cups low-sodium beef stock
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound bucatini noodles, boiled in salted water, drained
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Directions
In a large saute pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef while breaking the mass into smaller pieces. While the meat is cooking and still a little pink, add the onion and saute until the beef is fully cooked and the onion turns translucent. Drain all of the fat from the pan. Add all the dry spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, then stir in the tomato sauce. Once combined, incorporate the beef stock, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 hour. Put the cooked bucatini in a serving bowl and add the meat sauce. Garnish with Parmigiano-Reggiano and serve.

Fat dude needs to get real.
Wow, I have to make this some day!
I think I would eat like maybe two forks of this, get annoyed, and just want regular spaghetti.
I love the programs of Guy, more in the foodnetwork Brazil does not happen anymore. Because?
Oh no, who at food network let guy cook spaghetti. Who knows what he added to the dish during those camera cuts. Let's just say that dish may have some salts in it. (AND I AIN'T TALKIN SEASONINGS)
that was the joke lol?
I’ve always loved Guy’s energy!!!!! ?????????????
I only use 80/20 ground, I like a bit of the fat,,,,, ????

Proud Cincinnatian here!
chili spaghetti, reminds me of home
Umm, It's called Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, or at least a very similar version of it. Italians have been cooking it for decades. So why is this "Weird" and why doesn't Guy mention it. He knows damn well what he's cooking.
Jaboody dubs
looks, and sounds disgusting
How to make this:
Literally put any random spice from your spice cabinet in.
Repeat 5-9 times.
Add anything else in your fridge about to expire.
Add to noodles you got from the food pantry.
Add cheese, and voila!
Cincinnati Chili does not have mustard powder or ginger in it.
This is what guy should have used as his spices.
2 TBSP Chili Powder
2 TBSP Paprika
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Red Wine or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
