Once he came back to Cincinnati on Sunday night following the Bengals' stunning defeat of the Kansas City Chiefs, head coach Zac Taylor made a very special delivery.
He delivered a game ball to Gametime Ultimate Sports Bar and Grill in Mount Healthy.
Taylor arrived as the sports bar was in the midst of post-game celebrations on Sunday with one of the five total game balls, according to posts on social media.
In one video, Taylor addresses the crowd at the bar while holding the ball, saying he knew there were "a lot of lifelong Bengals supporters in here."
"We could feel your energy out there," he said.
The game balls had the Bengals' final score of 27 over the Chiefs' 24, the date of the game and "AFC champs!"
The second game ball was given to Maloney's Pub West in Delhi Township.
Sinners & Saints Tavern also received a game ball from the Bengals. Before the ball was delivered, the smokehouse teased the possibility of a visit from someone on the team.
"Who knows who will stop by when the plane lands," a Facebook post reads.
