Joe Mixon has 10th 1,200-yard rushing season in Bengals’ history

Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon has the 10th 1,200-yard rushing season in franchise history with a 5-yard gain that gave him 41 for the game and 1,200 for the season during the fourth quarter in the Bengals' 34-31 win against the Kansas City Chiefs at Paul Brown Stadium in Week 17.

Mixon entered Sunday's game with 1,159 rushing yards, needing just 41 for 1,200. He passed his previous season-best of 1,168 yards on the ground - set in 2018 - earlier in the game. He finished the game with 46 rushing yards to give him 1,205 for the season.

Only four players - Rudi Johnson (1,458 in 2005, 1,454 in 2004, 1,309 in 2006), Corey Dillon (1,435 in 2000, 1,315 in 2001, 1,311 in 2002, 1,200 in 1999), Cedric Benson (1,251 in 2009) and James Brooks (1,239 in 1989) - have rushed for 1,200 or more yards in one season as a Bengal.
