CINCINNATI (WKRC) - If the weather is putting a damper on your love of the great outdoors, you can head inside for an adventure. The 63rd annual Travel, Sports and Boat Show kicked off Jan. 17.
If you're in the market for a boat, or trying to find your dream boat, this is the place to be.
There are more than five acres worth of boats to see at this year's show.
This event is perfect for anyone who loves the great outdoors, any adventure enthusiasts who are dreaming of summer days.
Renfro Productions took over the show this year and is hoping it will be an event that families will come to experience together.
In addition to the boats at the show, there are kayaks, gear for hiking and camping and travel companies to book your next trip.
And fishing is back this year. There's equipment, free trout fishing for kids and plenty of demonstrations for beginners and pros.
"So at the hog trough you're going to see tops pros from all kinds of different species of fish from bass fishing, crappie fishing, catfishing where pros will go up there, they'll demonstrate on the tank," said Mitch Renfro. "Maybe take a couple tips you can use yourself this spring and also on the kayak pond, we're going to have people demonstrating and you can actually, the people can take a kayak and try them out and just a little bit more hands-on stuff for people to do here."
The show runs through this weekend and again Jan. 22 - 26.
Kids 12 and under get in for free.
Tickets are $14 at the box office, $13 at Kroger and $12 online.
