Just how impressive was Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 16 at Paul Brown Stadium?
Burrow had 299 passing yards before halftime, the most in a first half by an NFL quarterback this season and the most ever by any QB in a first half against the Ravens.
He finished the 41-21 win with 525 yards through the air, the Bengals' new franchise record and fourth-most in a game in NFL history.
Burrow had three touchdown passes before halftime, to Tyler Boyd, Joe Mixon and Tee Higgins - with the final one set up by a remarkable, 52-yard catch in double coverage by Higgins. All three came in the second quarter.
The Bengals led 31-14 at the half. Burrow added his fourth TD pass of the game in the fourth quarter, finding Higgins in the end zone for the second time.
Higgins had 194 receiving yards on 12 catches. Ja'Marr Chase, who broke A.J. Green's Bengals rookie record for receiving yards, finished Sunday's game with 125 on seven ca.
