BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) - A University of Cincinnati Police officer faces an OVI charge after state troopers arrested him at a crash scene in Butler County.
It's not clear why Andrew Mueller was there. He was not involved in the accident, which was just before midnight Sunday on Ohio 747 in Liberty Township.
Mueller is out of jail after he appeared in court Monday.
