Version No. 23 of the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon is a first, taking place Sunday morning on Halloween. It's the first running of the area's 26.2-mile neighborhood celebration during the fall.
With the coronavirus pandemic canceling the 2020 race, the Flying Pig, like other major marathons, flipped to a fall date to get a race in for 2021.

Next year's 24th Flying Pig will return to the spring on the weekend of April 29, 30, May 1.
