The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Friday, with a few "strong to severe thunderstorms likely this afternoon through early evening."
The primary threat will be strong to damaging wind gusts, and a tornado cannot be ruled out at this time.
According to the advisory, northeast and Northern Kentucky; central, south-central, Southwest and west-central Ohio and east-central and Southeast Indiana will likely be affected by the hazardous weather.
After the rain today and this evening, temperatures will cool down through the weekend and the beginning of next week, with highs mostly in the low to mid-70s.

Friday: Partly sunny, high near 78. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 p.m.
Saturday: Cloudy through mid-morning, then gradual clearing with a high near 61. Showers likely, mainly before 7 a.m.
Sunday: Sunny, high near 66.
Monday: Sunny, high near 70.
Tuesday: Sunny, high near 73.
Wednesday: Sunny, high near 73.
Thursday: Partly sunny, high near 68. A chance of showers.
