Two people were injured in a crash in Boone County Tuesday evening.According to Boone County dispatch, the single-vehicle crash happened on I-71/I-75 south just past Richwood Road just before 8:30 p.m. Crews said the vehicle rolled over on the highway.Two medical helicopters were requested to the scene. One of the medical helicopters took a patient to a hospital. The other medical helicopter was canceled because crews took the other patient to the hospital via ground transportation, dispatch said.The extent of the two individuals' injuries is unknown at this time.A lane is currently blocked on I-71 which is leading to slight backups.WLWT will update this story when more information is available.
