A Louisville man was arrested Monday in connection with the robbery and kidnapping of a woman in Delhi Township, officials said.
Christopher Sowders, 26, was arrested at his home by U.S. Marshals along with Delhi and Louisville officers.
Sowders is charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and kidnapping, all felonies.
Delhi police said Sowders and another man approached a homeowner on Aug. 11 on Kitty Lane, forced her inside her home and robbed her. The suspects then forced to woman to drive to local banks to withdraw more money from her accounts, investigators said.
Police said they are still searching for the second suspect and a driver who helped the pair escape.
Sowders is being held in a Louisville detention center pending extradition to Ohio.
