Taste of Cincinnati returns to downtown this weekend.The food festival is back for the first time in three years, and this year it will have the largest selection of restaurants and food trucks in its history. Earlier this month, the Taste of Cincinnati released a list of 36 restaurants and 18 food trucks that will participate in the event. It will take place May 28 through 30.In total, more than 300 menu items will be available, along with a wide variety of beers and entertainment. Earlier this month, local media, including WLWT's own Randi Rico, gathered to sample dishes and select judges visited to select winners for the "Best of Taste" — the dishes that highlight the top menu items for this year's festival.The winner of best appetizer went to Council Oak Steak and Seafood at Hard Rock Cincinnati for its Waygu Meatball.The best entrée went to Alfio's Buon Cibo for its Veal Short Rib Ravioli Creamy Truffle Marsala Sauce.Best dessert?
