Police have arrested an Independence, Kentucky, man accused of sharing child pornography through a social media site.According to Covington police, they received a cyber tip regarding child pornography on the messaging app Kik.The investigation led them to Charles Whittenberger, 27. Police said he admitted to sharing one of the photos in question.Whittenberger is now charged with possessing and distributing child pornography.
