Cincinnati Reds rookie pitcher Hunter Greene didn't allow a hit Saturday against the Toronto Blue Jays until the first batter he faced in the bottom of the 4th inning, adding to the 7 1/3 no-hit innings he threw in a loss to the Pirates in Pittsburgh on Sunday for a total of 10 1/3 consecutive innings between the two starts without giving up a hit.
Before Bo Bichette's solo home run in the 4th, the last hit Greene had allowed was to the Brewers' Tyrone Taylor - the last batter he faced in a start against Milwaukee at Great American Ball Park on May 10.
Greene bounced back from the Bichette homer to tie the game at 1 by retiring the next three batters, including two by strikeouts. He had five strikeouts through four innings in Toronto.
