The Big East Conference baseball tournament was able to get one game in on Thursday before the weather rolled in.
Top seed UConn beat No. 4 Georgetown 4-0. No. 2 Creighton and No. 3 Xavier got postponed due to weather.
Xavier and Creighton will face off on Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Prasco Park. The loser of that game will face Georgetown on Friday at 6:30 p.m. in an elimination game.
The winner of Xavier and Creighton will get UConn on Saturday at a time to be determined. There will be a second game on Saturday, an elimination game, featuring the winner of Friday night's game and the loser of the first game on Saturday.
The team that wins the Big East tournament earns an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
