A Franklin Township man has been indicted by a Clermont County grand jury on over 70 counts of child pornography possession and child rape.According to the Clermont County Sheriff's Office, the Clermont County Communications Center received a call in late May alleging that 31-year-old Allen Johnson had sexually assaulted two female juveniles he lived with.Officials said that following the call, deputies visited Johnson's home in the 100 block of Main Street in Felicity where they spoke with the parents of the juveniles, who said they were unaware of the sexual assaults.Authorities say the parents told officials Johnson did live there but was not at the home at the time of their visit.CCSO says Johnson was located at a home on White Oak Road in Pierce Township and that he agreed to meet with detectives at the sheriff's office, where he confessed to the sexual assaults and admitted to filming and photographing the assaults with his cell phone.Johnson, officials say, said the assaults had occurred over the last two years.Officials say the execution of a search warrant on the phone Johnson said he used to film and photograph the assaults uncovered over 70 files depicting the girls naked and being molested by Johnson.Johnson was arrested on May 29 and charged with one count of rape.The grand jury indicted Johnson on:25 counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor (second-degree felony)31 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor (second-degree felony)10 counts of rape (first-degree felony)9 counts of gross sexual imposition (third-degree felonies)Clermont County deputies ask anyone who may have more information about the investigation to contact the Clermont County Prosecutors Office at 513-732-7313.
