A 15-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder, accused of stabbing her brother to death in Springfield Township, according to police.Officers with Springfield Township Police Department responded to the 1500 block of Meredith Drive for a report of a male juvenile that had been stabbed by his sisterPolice said once officers arrived on the scene they found a 16-year-old boy at a nearby residence with a stab wound.
