For the Florence Y'alls, holiday weekend travel looks a little different.
The Y'alls have played in two-straight road series' this week, starting in southern Indiana against the Evansville Otters.
In Tuesday’s series opener, the Y’alls took a modest 1-0 victory behind the pitching of Kevin Hahn.
"He was very efficient on the mound and gave us a chance to win the game with eight innings with no runs which is super pressing," manager Brian White told the Enquirer. "He got a big time job done when we needed it. It was one of his better outings for sure but he’s capable of doing that anytime he takes the mound.”
Hahn pitched eight scoreless innings and held the Otters to just two hits. The Y'alls recorded three hits during the game, one of which was a solo home run from Joe Lytle that marked the only run of the game.
