WASHINGTON – With the Supreme Court ruling that gives states power to decide abortion policy, the battleground over abortion access has shifted to local and federal elections in swing states such as Arizona, Florida and Georgia.

There, anti-abortion and pro-abortion groups are already working to persuade voters to back candidates and legislation that support their positions.
