Get those celery sticks and sides of blue cheese dressing ready, because Cincinnati Wing Week is upon us.
The second annual week celebrating wings all around the Queen City will run Aug. 22-28. Participants can enjoy six chicken wings for $7 at participating restaurants.
Last year's wing week was in January, but it has has since moved to August following feedback, Kelly Madigan, Cincinnati Wing Week's event and marketing director, said in a release.
The event will feature over 30 returning and new restaurants, with more to be announced.

Cincinnati Wing Week will offer an app available to download on the App Store and Google Play. If participants check in at four or more locations on the app, they will enter to win $250 in gift cards, and can earn points toward a second grand prize throughout the week.
