20 Cincinnati businesses to support

National Black Business Month is underway, and here in the Queen City, there are plenty of local Black-owned businesses to support all month long.

Started in 2004 by entrepreneur Frederick E. Jordan and eAccess Corp. President John William Templeton, Black Business Month is observed every August as a way to recognize and empower Black-owned shops and companies across the country, National Today states.

If you're looking for a way to support local Black-owned businesses this month, we've rounded up 20 restaurants, shops and other businesses in Greater Cincinnati to help you get started.
