Three Wyoming teenagers accused of sexually assaulting a teammate after a baseball practice are now allowed to remove their electronic monitoring devices.The new developments came Wednesday morning. The three suspects will continue to stay on house arrest.The alleged incident took place on April 28 after baseball practice at Wyoming High School.Three males, all 15 years old, have been charged. One is facing one count of rape, three counts of kidnapping and one count of hazing. The second juvenile has been charged with one count of gross sexual imposition, three counts of kidnapping and one count of hazing. The third juvenile has been charged with one count of gross sexual imposition, two counts of kidnapping and one count of hazing.The teens were allowed to go home while the case plays out, but it was under strict conditions, including not being able to leave the house and wearing the monitoring devices.The next court hearing in the case is scheduled for early August.
