Two people have been arrested after police said a man walked into the Middletown Police Station and admitted to dismembering a body on Tuesday.Police said 34-year-old John Havens walked into the police station asking to talk to an officer.Police said he told officers that a woman, identified as Bonnie Vaughn, 59, shot and killed a person inside a home on Stone Path Drive and after he dismembered the body. Officers went to the person's home for a well-being check and when they walked inside, they found a body that had been dismembered in a room on the first floor.The victim has been identified as 55-year-old Jeffrey Fellman, according to the Warren County Coroner. Police said Vaughn fled the scene but was later located. Her vehicle was found later that night in Middletown by officers. When officers pulled up to her vehicle, Vaughn attempted to flee but was taken into custody. She has been charged with murder.Havens has been charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Middletown Maj. Eric Crank said the victim was in a relationship with Vaughn and Havens may have some sort of relationship with the victim's daughter.
