With most of the weekend's high school football complete in Ohio, here is an early look at the pairings of Southwest Ohio teams in Divisions I-VII. Official pairings with site locations will be released as soon as they are made available by the OHSAA.

Division I
- No. 1 seed Moeller will host No. 16 Hamilton
- No. 2 seed Lakota West takes on Greater Miami Conference mate No. 15 Middletown
- No. 3 Elder will host No. 14 Lebanon at The Pit
- No. 4 Springboro will host No. 13 Oak Hills
- No. 5 Mason hosts GMC mate No. 12 Colerain
- No. 6 Princeton will host No. 11 seed West Clermont
- No. 7 Milford will host No. 10 Western Hills
