Bengals receiver Ja'Marr Chase was a guest Thursday on "The Pat McAfee Show," and they discussed confidence, quarterback Joe Burrow and Chase's Louisiana homecoming before joking about Chase's punt to celebrate a touchdown against the Saints and a "Griddy" by Miami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki about which Chase had previously tweeted.
"Are we gonna see another punt out of you?" McAfee asked Chase during the show, after offering constructive criticism of his technique.
"Nah, nah that was God looking out for me telling me don't do that again," Chase replied.

Chase added that Gesicki needs some "Griddy" lessons:
Burrow wore Chase's LSU championship jersey to the Superdome before the Bengals rallied past the Saints in Week 6. Chase was miked up during the game, and NFL Films shared video Thursday.
Chase was listed on the Bengals' injury report as limited in Wednesday's practice by a hip injury. He was in uniform for practice Thursday.
