WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THE TOTAL FOR A SPRINKLE OR FLURRY OVERNIGHT. THESE ARE ALL JUST VERY LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS FALLING THROUGH PORTIONS OF WARREN COUNTY. YOU CAN SEE A LIGHT SPRINKLE FALLING IN WAYNESVILLE, AND IN TOMORROW. BARELY ENOUGH TO WET THE ROADS. SAME THING IN THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF BROWN COUNTY. LIVING IN THE DIRECTION OF HIGHLAND COUNTY. A COUPLE SPRINKLES AS WE START THE DAY AND A BREEZE ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHEASTERN MOST COMMUNITIES. YOU CAN SEE 10-15 WHILE PER HOUR WINDS. OUR TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 30’S BUT IT GOES RIGHT AROUND FREEZING. FROM SPRING WERE -- SPRING ROAD TO WILMINGTON. OUR ACTUAL AIR TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE LOW 40’S ONCE YOU GET INSIDE THE 275 LOOP. THE BREEZE STICKS AROUND AND AMPS UP INTO THE AFTERNOON. PLAN ON IT FEELING LIKE THE 20’S AND 30’S FOR THE MORNING DRIVE. THIS AFTERNOON, WE MAKE IT INTO THE 50’S. COLIN: IT HAPPENED ON BELMONT AVENUE, RIGHT BY AIKEN HIGH SCHOOL, IN COLLEGE HILL. WITNESSES TELL US THERE WAS A YOUTH FOOTBALL PRACTICE THAT WAS JUST FINISHING UP WHEN THE SHOTS STARTED FLYING. WE’RE TOLD TWO ADULTS WERE AT THEIR CARS, WHEN BOTH WERE HIT BY THE GUNFIRE. POLICE SAY ONE OF THEM, IDENTIFIED AS 37-YEAR-OLD JERMAINE KNOX, WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. THOSE THAT KNEW HIM, AND COMMUNITY ACTIVISTS AGREE, VIOLENCE LIKE THIS IS COMPLETELY SENSELESS. >> ITS DEVASTATING OUTCUE, HE -- DEVASTATING, ESPECIALLY WHEN HE WAS A PINNACLE AND CORNERSTONE OF YOUTH FOOTBALL. KELLY: CINCINNATI POLICE ALSO INVESTIGATING ANOTHER SHOOTING LAST NIGHT, RIGHT AT OAKLEY SQUARE, NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF ALLSTON STREET AND MADISON ROAD. MORE THAN A DOZEN GUNSHOTS, IN WHAT IS TYPICALLY A QUIET AREA. POLICE SAY AT LEAST ONE PERSON WAS INJURED AND TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. POLICE FOUND AT LEAST 16 CASINGS ON THE SEEN. OFFICIALS TELL US THIS IS THE FIRST SHOOTING IN THIS AREA THIS YEAR. COLIN: A TEENAGER CHARGED WITH SHOOTING AND KILLING ANOTHER BOY , CELEBRATING HIS 15TH BIRTHDAY , IN OVER-THE-RHINE HAS BEEN RULED COMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL. THE 14-YEAR-OLD SUSPECT, IS ONE OF TWO TEENAGERS CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO THE DEATH OF SHAWN LEWIS IN SEPTEMBER. PROSECUTORS SAY A 16-YEAR-OLD PUSHED LEWIS DOWN THEN THE 14-YEAR-OLD SHOT HIM. THE SUSPECT IS DUE BACK IN JUVENILE COURT. AT THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. KELLY: PROSECUTORS SAY A DEADLY OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING DURING A TENSE STANDOFF WAS JUSTIFIED. WARREN COUNTY PROSECUTOR DAVID FORNSHELL RELEASED HIS DECISION YESTERDAY. IT HAPPENED BACK IN JULY WHEN ESCAPED INMATE THOMAS CROMWELL, BARRICADED HIMSELF INSIDE A HOTEL ROOM IN MASON AND HELD A WOMAN AT KNIFEPOINT. THE 12 HOUR STANDOFF ENDED WHEN OFFICERS BREACHED THE ROOM AND FOUND HIM HOLDING A KNIFE TO THE HOSTAGE’S NECK. A SWAT OFFICER SHOT CROMWELL ONCE KILLING HIM. , THE PROSECUTOR DETERMINED TH
