Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has been named the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week for his Week 6 performance in New Orleans.Burrow completed 75.7% of his pass attempts (28-for-37) for 300 yards and three touchdowns in the Bengals' comeback win over the Saints Sunday. He also added a rushing touchdown to his superb passing day.His day ended with a 126 passer rating, the highest of the year for the former top overall pick.By winning this week's honor, FedEx is making a $2,000 donation in Burrow's name to a Historically Black College or University, which will be applied towards needs-based scholarships to deserving students.New York Jets running back Breece Hall won the Week 6 FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week honor.This is the fifth time Burrow has won the fan-voted player of the week honor, having won it four times in 2021, most recently, in back-to-back weeks in Week 16 and 17.
