Coach Luke Fickell and the Cincinnati Bearcats will look to regroup following last week's loss to UCF when they host the Navy Midshipmen this week.
The loss to UCF snapped a 19-game American Athletic Conference winning streak that dated back to 2019. The Bearcats (6-2, 3-1 AAC) still have a 30-game home winning streak intact, something they hope to keep alive with a win over Navy.
The game against the Midshipmen is the beginning of a stretch where UC will play three out of four games at home. The Bearcats will host East Carolina Nov. 11, travel to Temple Nov. 19 and close out the regular season at home against Tulane on Nov. 25.
Navy (3-5, 3-3) defeated Temple last week to snap a two-game losing skid. Saturday's game will be the start of a slate of difficult games for the Midshipmen. After playing UC, Navy will play Notre Dame in Baltimore, play at UCF and still has its rivalry game against Army on Dec. 10 to close out the season.
