Sunny for Father's Day
OF COURSE, WE HAD MANY DRY HOURS, 80 DEGREES, JUST A COUPLE OF DEGREES OFF OF OUR AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE FOR THE MIDDLE OF JUNE AT 83. AND THAT WAS AFTER A RELATIVELY COOL BUT COMFORTABLE START AT 55. AND YOU CAN RIGHT NOW AFTER THAT HIGH OF 80 DEGREES, TEMPS HAVE BEGUN TO FALL HERE, STILL HOLDING ON TO 69 HERE IN AND AROUND THE CITY FOR CINCINNATI. BUT SOME OUTLYING LOCATIONS HERE, WELL BACK TO THE WEST, BATESVILLE NOW TOWN INTO THE UPPER FIFTIES, MOUNT AUBURN SITTING AT 63. SAME THING THERE IN GEORGETOWN. AND I THINK MANY LOCATIONS ARE GOING TO BOTTOM OUT IN THE UPPER FIFTIES, PERHAPS EVEN SOME MID-FIFTIES HERE OVERNIGHT. SO AS WE LOOK AHEAD AT THE FORECAST, TEMPERATURES HERE, ARE GOING TO CHANGE A LOT AS WE WORK THROUGH THIS UPCOMING WEEK. I THINK MORE LESS WITHIN A COUPLE OF DEGREES OF THOSE AVERAGE JUNE TEMPS. SO TALKING LOW TO MID EIGHTIES MOST DAYS AND RAIN CHANCES ARE PRESENT IN MULTIPLE DAYS, BUT IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE ANY ONE OF THOSE DAYS IS GOING TO BE A COMPLETE WASHOUT. IT’LL RATHER JUST BE SOME POP UP SHOWERS AND EVEN POTENTIALLY SOME THUNDERSTORMS. SO HERE’S WHAT THE FUTURE CAST LOOKS LIKE AS WE START OFF YOUR FATHER’S DAY EARLY TOMORROW MORNING, IT WILL BE DRY, BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES ACROSS THE AREA OUTSIDE FROM PERHAPS A LITTLE BIT OF PATCHY FOG. I THINK MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, IT IS NEARLY FULL SUN HERE AS WE WORK THROUGH THE MORNING TOMORROW, HEADING OUT FOR LUNCH, THINGS WILL STILL BE DRY AND WARMING UP QUICKLY. REMEMBER THAT SUNSCREEN IF YOU’RE OUT AND ABOUT FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. ONCE GET TO SAY AROUND AND AFTER SUNSET TOMORROW EVENING, I THINK WE’RE GOING TO START TO SEE SOME OF THOSE CLOUDS INCREASING FROM THE WEST OR THE SOUTHWEST OUT AHEAD OF AN AREA OF RAIN THAT WILL BE LOCATED BACK ACROSS PARTS OF WESTERN KENTUCKY. SO HERE’S WHERE WE STAND FOR TONIGHT IN GENERAL, A CLEAR SKY WITH JUST SOME PATCHY. IT’S OTHERWISE RELATIVELY NICE NIGHT WITH A LIGHT AND VARIABLE TO CALM WIND TEMPS DOWN INTO THE UPPER 50 HERE FOR THE CITY. BUT I CERTAINLY THINK SOME MID-FIFTIES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE OUTLYING LOCATIONS. THEN GOING INTO THE DAY TOMORROW, 86 AGAIN ADVERTISED GENERALLY IN THE MID EIGHTIES THIS TIME OF THE YEAR STILL VERY LIGHT WIND. IT COULD BE A LITTLE BIT HAZY AT TIMES YET AGAIN WITH SOME OF THAT SMOKE IN THE MID-LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE. LOWER LEVELS IN SOME OF THOSE CLOUDS INCREASING LATE IN THE DAY. THIS IS WHAT THE EXTENDED FORECAST LOOKS LIKE. SCATTERED SHOWERS EVEN A FEW THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE HERE ON MONDAY. IT’S ON AN ALL DAY WASHOUT. I THINK MORE OF THE SAME IS GOING TO BE TRUE ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY WITH BEST OPPORTUNITY FOR ANY WET WEATHER HERE COMING AS WE BUILD SOME OF THAT DAYTIME HEATING. SO IT’S MOSTLY GOING TO BE AN AFTERNOON AND EVENING TYPE OF DAY WHERE WE HAVE THAT CHANCE FOR A COUPLE OF SHOWERS OR A THUNDERSTORM WARM. AND THE SAME IS GOING TO BE TRUE HERE AS WE GET INTO NEXT WEEKEND. BUT AGAIN, NOTICE THOSE TIMES DON’T REALLY CHANGE MUCH FOR THE MOST PART, HOLDING IN TH
