A man has been arrested after driving under the influence and crashing his vehicle with two children in the car, court documents allege.According to court records, Donald Rigney, 44, was arrested after a crash where he refused a standardized field sobriety test and a request for a chemical sample.Court documents say Rigney was driving while under the influence with his 10-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter in the vehicle. Rigney has been charged with endangering children, OVI and reasonable control.
