An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 7-month-old out of Kentucky.Police are searching for Jocelyn Lair, 7 months old, who is believed to be with her mother, Shelley Lair.She is missing from Monticello in Wayne County.Shelley Lair, 39, was last seen driving a red Ford Focus with gray/green spray paint and Kentucky plate BWV609.The child is described as having brown hair and hazel eyes and was last seen only wearing a diaper.Shelley Lair was last seen wearing a hot pink tank top and black shorts.Police said the child is assumed to be in great danger due to mothers drug use and child past exposure and overdose. DCBS has emergency custody order for child.
