LAST MONTH, A BREAK IN THE CASE CAME WHEN HER CAR WAS FOUND IN MIDDLETOWN WITH HER BELONGINGS INSIDE, BUT SHE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. THIS WEEK, THE FBI JOINED THE SEARCH. THE AGENCY IS OFFERING A $10,000 REWARD FOR ANY INFORMATION LEADING TO CHAPMAN’S WHEREABOUTS. THIS HAPPENED BACK IN OCTOBER ON SUNSET AVENUE. THE VICTIM WAS 33-YEAR-OLD ASHTON PENN. POLICE NEVER SAID WHAT PENN’S RELATIONSHIP WAS WITH THE CHILD, WHO THANKFULLY WAS NOT HURT AND WAS REUNITED WITH FAMILY. CPD’S HOMICIDE UNIT ARRESTED COBB YESTERDAY EVENING. HE’S BEING HELD AT THE JUSTICE CENTER ON $1 MILLION BOND. CLOSER TO HOME, CINCINNATI CITY MANAGER SHERYL LONG SAYS, GREATER CINCINNATI WATER WORKS IS MONITORING OUR WATER QUALITY AFTER THE TRAIN DERAILMENT IN EAST PALESTINE LAST WEEK. One person has died in a fire on Round Hill Drive in Hanover Township.According to a release from the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, first responders were dispatched to a residence in the 1300 block of Round Hill Road at approximately 7:20 p.m. Saturday, for a report of a structure fire.Upon arrival, the residence was fully engulfed with one occupant inside.Fire crews attempted to rescue the victim, but were unable to make entry, due to the severity of the blaze. The Hanover Township Fire Department, with assistance from multiple other agencies, ultimately managed to get the fire under control.The victim's body was recovered inside the residence.A cause of the fire has not yet been determined, but investigators remained on the scene late Saturday night. Additional details will be released, pending notification of the victim's family.
