The Boone County Sheriff's Office has canceled a Golden Alert for a missing girl out of Union. Officials confirmed the teen was found safe on Monday night. According to the alert, 18-year-old Ally Hooper is believed to have left her home during the early morning hours on Friday, March 17 without a phone but she was carrying a bag of clothes and a white Maltese named "Noel."Hooper was last seen wearing a St. Patrick's Day shirt and possibly pearl jewelry.
