In a vote that ended March 31, Cincinnati.com readers selected the Cincinnati Enquirer Athletes of the Week from high school sports action through March 26.
Winners will receive certificates by the end of the sports season.
The Athlete of the Week voting occurs during all high school sports seasons and recognizes athletes across all sports. Here are this week's winners.

Ohio baseball team of the week: Batavia – Batavia opened with a doubleheader on March 25, beating both Clermont Northeastern and Fayetteville-Perry by a combined 28-0.
Northern Kentucky baseball team of the week: Conner – Conner is 3-0 on the young season having beaten Carroll County 17-0, Highlands 10-9 and Scott 6-0.
Ohio softball team of the week: Batavia – The Bulldogs opened the new campaign with a 12-9 win over Turpin and a 16-4 win over Edinburgh (TN) on March 25.
Northern Kentucky softball team of the week: Calvary Christian – Calvary Christian topped Holy Cross 14-8 on March 20 before beating Bellevue 15-0 on March 23.
Boys spring team of the week: St. Xavier volleyball – The Bombers are 7-0 after beating Moeller, La Salle, Mount Vernon and St. Edward, all in straight sets.
Girls spring team of the week: Lebanon lacrosse – Lebanon beat Fenwick 17-5 before topping Milford 8-7 in overtime for a conference victory.
Ohio big-school baseball player of the week: Billy Porotsky, St. Xavier – In a doubleheader sweep of Berea-Midpark March 25, the junior had three hits – including a pair of doubles – and two RBIs.
Ohio small-school baseball player of the week: Jess Roller, Batavia – In wins over CNE and Fayetteville, the junior went 5-for-6 with two doubles, a triple and five RBIs. He also scored five times.
Northern Kentucky baseball player of the week: Jackson Bucks, Conner – He threw a complete game shutout against Scott, striking out 10 batters and only allowing two hits on 81 pitches.
Ohio softball player of the week: Aerianna King, Batavia – The sophomore had five hits, four runs scored and four RBI as the Bulldogs started the season 2-0 with wins over Turpin and Edinburg (Indiana).
Northern Kentucky softball player of the week: Averie Lightner, Conner – She went 2-for-3 with a home run and 3 RBIs in a 6-3 win over Scott.
Boys big-school lacrosse player of the week: Ryan Hamberg, Lakota East – The senior goalie had 17 saves in the 7-6 win over Kings March 20.
Boys small-school lacrosse player of the week: Jackson Rabenold, Indian Hill – The senior had four goals, two assists and five ground balls in Indian Hill’s 13-12 win over Fenwick March 22.
Girls big-school lacrosse player of the week: Grace Bevington, Ursuline – The freshman scored four goals and had an assist and three draw controls in a 12-3 win over Lakota West.
Girls small-school lacrosse player of the week: Parker Cribbs, Roger Bacon – She scored six goals with two assists, a ground ball and six draw controls in the 15-6 loss to Madeira March 23 and the 8-7 overtime loss to Ryle.
Ohio boys tennis player of the week: Nick Meyers, Sycamore – Meyers picked up the first singles win 6-4, 6-1 to lead the Aves to a 5-0 win over Massillon Jackson.
Northern Kentucky boys tennis player of the week: Alex Yeager, Covington Catholic – He defeated his opponent from Villa Madonna 6-0, 6-0.
Northern Kentucky girls tennis player of the week: Hope Dupin, Simon Kenton – She and doubles partner Natalie Lukey picked up two wins on March 25 over Campbell County and Bourbon County.
Ohio boys track and field athlete of the week: Timiko Jackson, La Salle – He won the 100 meters in a time of 10.70 seconds and the 200 meters in a time of 21.90 seconds at La Salle.
Ohio girls track and field athlete of the week: Lily Orosz, Ursuline - She won the high jump with a height of five feet. She helped lead the Lions to a 3rd place team finish at LaSalle.
Northern Kentucky boys track and field athlete of the week: Ethan Long, Covington Catholic – He finished third in the 200 meters at the Oldham County Kick-Off Classic with a time of 23.34 seconds, and was fifth in the long jump with a distance of five feet, six inches.
Northern Kentucky girls track and field athlete of the week: Natalie Hall, Walton-Verona – She took second place in the 100-meter hurdles at Oldham County with a time of 16.95 seconds.
Boys volleyball player of the week: Ethan Gundrum, McNicholas – The sophomore had six kills, 13 assists and five aces against Alter before having 13 kills, 15 assists and four aces at Chaminade Julienne.
Boys archer of the week: Xander Moore, Boone County - He finished second at the Region 6 tournament with a score of 290.
Girls archer of the week: Annabelle Cline, Boone County - The senior won the Best of Boone tournament with a score of 281 and 13 bullseyes.
