First responders are at the scene of a fatal crash that has closed eastbound lanes on Interstate 275 in Anderson Township, Friday evening. According to Hamilton County Dispatch, a call came around 9:27 p.m. about a crash that occurred just before Five Mile Road. Dispatch said at least one person died at the scene and three others were transported to UC Medical center. It is unknown when all lanes the interstate will reopen to usual traffic.
