On Halloween last year, he won another $50,000 prize playing the same scratch-off game."I went home and told my wife, 'Guess what, I did it again.' She said, 'You're kidding!' The first time I won, I couldn’t believe it," said Humphrey. "Now I won again, and in J-town."He said he plans to pay off some debt and that he and his wife plan to retire soon. "My wife always teases me that she'll retire six months before me," he said.He took home $35,750 after taxes.The Marathon in J-town that sold the winning ticket will get a $500 bonus.
