Oh, being *** writer as *** career is kind of at stake, you know, it's not been very sustainable for long and the negotiations came to like *** really hard stop, you know, like the other guild just didn't really budget on anything specifically on the issue of *** I is what I'm mostly concerned about. It's not, it doesn't really belong in *** human process. So that's why I'm not here to die. Well, in this case, it's because of changing technology, you know, streaming has changed everything. And right now, the current pay system is outdated and this should have been addressed three years ago. But because of the pandemic, the writers go very graciously chose not to fight this battle because we were all in the middle of *** worldwide calamity. So now in those three years, it only blew up into an even bigger issue and even more advantageous to the writers. So now is the moment where we have to put our foot down and say enough is enough, we need *** larger share. It's just *** pile of abuses that you can't address them every day. They only negotiate once every few years. So these things have piled on. Like, there's just, there's too much work and not enough pay. There's, there's not really *** path to middle class living anymore as *** writer and that's what this is to address. Oh.
