Seems like summer before potential long weekend rain

Tuesday weather planner: Seems like summer before potential long weekend rain

WE APPRECIATE IT. YOU KNOW, THE FLIGHT SO IMPORTANT, ESPECIALLY AS WE COME UP ON MEMORIAL DAY TO HONOR THOSE THAT HAVE LOST, HAVE YOU? A VETERAN OF WORLD WAR TWO BETTER ESPECIALLY SO FEW OF THEM LEFT, YOU KNOW, GIVE THEM OUT. YOU KNOW, NEVER FORGET. NOT FOR THE SERVICE. AND IF YOU GET TO TALK TO THEM, JUST LISTEN TO THEIR STORIES, BECAUSE, MAN, THEY STILL REMEMBER IT LIKE IT WAS YESTERDAY. SO AWESOME TO HEAR THEIR MEMORIES. AND THEN I THINK IT MAKES YOU APPRECIATE IT EVEN MORE. AND, YOU KNOW, I THINK THERE’S ACTUALLY A LOT OF EIGHTH GRADERS THAT GO TO WASHINGTON, D.C. THIS WEEK. AND LAST WEEK, ONE OF THOSE LIKE EIGHTH GRADE TRIP THINGS. HOW COOL WOULD IT BE IF YOU’RE TOURING THE MONUMENTS AS AN EIGHTH GRADER AND YOU RUN INTO ALL OF THESE MEN AND WOMEN THAT ARE FROM CINCINNATI, RIGHT. LIKE THAT WOULD TALK ABOUT THAT HISTORY LESSON THAT THERE SUPER NICE. WELL, THE WEATHER’S GOING TO BE GREAT FOR THIS FLIGHT TODAY. EVERYBODY HEADING TO THE AIRPORT GOING TO TAKE OFF. SO AWESOME FOR THAT, TOO. THINGS ARE QUIET ALL AROUND OUR REGION HERE TODAY. AND THAT’S A GOOD THING. OBVIOUSLY, WE’VE GOT A COUPLE OF REALLY NICE DAYS AND YOU’LL NOTICE THE ONE DAY THAT SEEMS A LITTLE OFF RIGHT? GENERALLY, IT SEEMS LIKE LATE SPRING SUMMER, EXCEPT FOR THURSDAY, NOT THURSDAY IS AWFUL. 72 DEGREES IS A LOVELY DAY, BUT WE’RE LOOKING AT TEMPERATURES UP INTO THE EIGHTIES TODAY AND TOMORROW. AND THEN IT SLIDES BACK FOR ONE DAY ONLY. THERE AS WE HEAD INTO THURSDAY. A LITTLE BIT BREEZY, A LITTLE BIT COOLER, AND THEN WE GET THINGS BACK ON TRACK WITH SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES IN THROUGH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. RIGHT NOW, IT IS 60 DEGREES. OUR WINDS OUT OF THE NORTH AT FIVE MILES AN HOUR. IT’S GOING TO BE A DECENT. HERE’S THE PLANNER, 9 A.M. 64 NOON WHERE IT’S 75 AND THEN THE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES KIND OF HANGING OUT RIGHT AROUND 80 OR SO THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. AND ON A WIDE VIEW, THE RADAR SHOW YOU A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING. RIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE IN CONTROL FOR THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AND THEN A VERY WEAK COLD FRONT IS GOING TO DROP IN FROM THE NORTH TO THE SOUTH. ALL YOU’RE GOING TO NOTICE IS THE BREEZE PICKING UP LATE IN THE DAY TOMORROW INTO EARLY THURSDAY. AND FACT THAT IT WILL BE A BIT COOLER AS WE GET INTO THURSDAY. BUT FOR THE WEEKEND, WHAT WE’RE GOING TO BE WATCHING OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS OR SO IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE THAT KIND OF PARKS ITSELF OVER THE CAROLINAS AND GEORGIA AND THEN EVENTUALLY SLIDES UP THE EAST COAST AND IT COULD GET CLOSE ENOUGH TO TOSS A FEW SHOWERS OUR WAY THIS WEEK. AND WE’RE NOT IN THE BRUNT OF IT. IT WILL BE DEFINITELY A WETTER OUTLOOK FOR THOSE WHO ARE HEADED TO THE EAST COAST. BUT WE’RE GOING TO WATCH THAT POTENTIALLY SPIN A COUPLE OF SHOWERS OUR WAY SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR MONDAY. NOT A WASHOUT AT ALL, BUT DEFINITELY A CHANCE FOR A FEW SHOWERS AS WE HEAD TOWARD MEMORIAL DAY TODAY, THOUGH, 81 DEGREES AND SUNNY SKIES. A FEW CLOUDS AROUND THIS AFTERNOON. BUT ALL IN ALL, THINGS ARE LOOKING GOOD. AND TONIGHT WE DIP TO 57. TOMORROW, MORE OF THE SAME. WE’RE UP TOWARD 83 DEGREES. YOU’LL NOTICE IT GETS A LITTLE BREEZY TOMORROW EVENING. THAT’S THAT COLD FRONT DROPPING IN FROM THE NORTH. AND IT LEAVES US ABOUT DEGREES COOLER OR SO FOR THURSDAY. YOUR WINDS ON THURSDAY GUST 20, 25 MILES AN HOUR. SO NOT A CRAZY WINDS, BUT BREEZY AND COOLER, ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO TODAY AND TOMORROW INTO THE WEEKEND. FRIDAY LOOKS DECENT, PUTTING IN A SCATTERED RAIN CHANCE SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY FOR MEMORIAL DAY. BUT AGAIN, NONE OF THESE ARE WIDESPREAD AND MORE LIKELY THE FURTHER EAST YOU ARE OF CINCIN
