The Cincinnati Bengals will pick their 2022 draft class from April 28-April 30, and who they pick may be be figured out in March.
The NFL Scouting Combine begins March 1 and goes to March 6 in Indianapolis. Some of college football’s best prospects will attend the event that measures 40-yard dash times, bench press reps and more.
The Bengals, the 2021 AFC Champions, will have the 31st pick in the first round and have eight picks overall, including an extra pick in the seventh round of the draft. The focus of the Bengals' draft could be offensive line after allowing the most sacks in football this season and 70 sacks in the regular season and playoffs.
Unlike last year, when the Bengals selected fifth overall and two years ago when they selected first, who the Bengals could take in the first round is much more of a mystery. This means the combine could be a key tool in narrowing the choice of who the Bengals pick in April.
