Head coach Zac Taylor led the Cincinnati Bengals to a Super Bowl appearance after the team's record through his first two seasons was 6-25-1.
He was rewarded Wednesday when the team announced that Taylor's contract was extended through 2026.
Terms were not disclosed, but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported before Super Bowl 56 that Taylor would sit down - win or lose - and hammer out a lucrative contract extension.
