Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah knew what 30,000 fans standing in the cold at Paul Brown Stadium wanted to see. And he delivered.
Uzomah might be listed as questionable for Super Bowl LVI with an MCL sprain he suffered during the AFC Championship win against the Chiefs, but he's made it known that he will play against the Rams. And on Monday night, the crowd erupted when Uzomah removed the brace he was wearing on his leg and hurled it.

"I don't really care too much about how I'm feeling, to be honest, when I'm out there," Uzomah said earlier, per The Enquirer's Kelsey Conway. "I'm not missing the biggest game of my life."

Tight end C.J. Uzomah was the closer. Uzomah sprained his MCL in the AFC Championship Game, and he’s listed as questionable for the Super Bowl. On Monday, Uzomah walked onto the field wearing a massive brace on his knee.
When it was his turn to speak, Uzomah ripped off the knee brace and threw it 20 feet in the air. Then, he sprinted a full lap around the entire stadium to high-five the fans.
“It’s been us from the start of this season,” Uzomah said. “It doesn’t matter who we play. It’s been about us. So next week, we’re bringing the game ball home. It is us. Who Dey.”
Earlier this week, Uzomah seemed receptive to a suggestion from former Bengals teammate Tyler Eifert that Uzomah bring back an end-zone celebration from 2018 in which Eifert simulated chugging a beer.
